I am a Marriage and Family and Mental Health Counselor and currently have a private practice in Gainesville, FL working with couples, families, and individuals. I received my Bachelor's degree in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences from the University of Florida and later completed my Master's and Specialist Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling also from the UF. Go Gators!

I am wild about serving the entire family including pre-marital, marital, parenting, child, and family therapy. I believe healthy families can change the world, which fuels my love for helping families thrive. First and foremost, my heart is working with couples to establish a healthy foundation for the family system. I journey with couples to help them address common concerns and give them the tools to foster a relationship that they love. Additionally, I love working with the whole family, including children, to help increase connection and healing in areas where needed.

My love for serving families has driven me to greater serve people by creating an online education opportunity for families going through separation or divorce. This resource and coaching service is geared toward families who want to see their children thrive through this big change in their life.

I also enjoy working with individuals from all walks of life and exploring people’s life stories, including their upbringings, family histories, trauma narratives, and cherished identities. When relevant, I am open to incorporating faith and spirituality in counseling. I believe counseling is a beautiful process and I am honored to be an active participant in it with my clients.

When I am not counseling, you can probably find me cheering on the Gators at the sporting event of the season or outside chasing my family around.
